We dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Transit time is 1-2 business days.

shipping costs

All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout. Shipping costs are subject to quantity and weight.

packages

All packages have track and trace. Tracking information will be sent when the order is processed. Depending on the order, we may ship it in two or more packages with the same or different tracking numbers. All relevant information will be sent by email.

 

returns

Goods may be returned within fourteen (14) days, beginning with the day they are marked delivered. To do so, first, notify us by email at returns@atlanticatable.com.*

Once we have received the email, we will confirm if the return is eligible. The purchase will be fully refunded less the original shipping charges. Items must be in the original undamaged packaging or packaging of the same quality, in unused condition, and shipped at the customer’s expense.

All sales are final.

damages

We take a lot of care packing every item. However, the shipping process involves hundreds of people handling and sorting packages, and at any time during the process, an accident can occur, leaving something chipped or broken. After delivery, please check the parcel immediately. Send us a photograph of the damaged item(s) by email to returns@atlanticatable.com within seven (7) days of delivery and hold onto the package until we have responded.

We always offer to send out replacements for damaged items. If the item is not in stock, we will refund the damaged piece(s) amount.*
